How to Host a Theatre Night
Fundraising and social groups are given the opportunity to host their own theatre evening FOR FUN OR FOR PROFIT.How does it work?
For a hire fee of $650 you have exclusive use of the theatre on the night. You need to sell your tickets, provide Front of House staff, supply and serve supper and do a quick tidy up at the end of the evening. Tickets are sold by you at a price you set, with the net profit being yours to keep.

A top quality show!6-8 weeks prior to the production you will receive tickets, box plan, promotional material and other relevant information. On the night we will let you in at 6.30pm to set up. Patrons should be advised to arrive at 7pm. (performance starts at 7.30pm).
The foyer is set with tables and tablecloths and 70 programs. In the kitchen there is a fridge, a microwave, a oven (for reheating only), instant hot water service, wine glasses, sugar bowls, milk jugs etc.
It Must Be Noted
The theatre does not hold a liquor license, so alcohol may be served but not sold.Food should only be served, not cooked on the premises.
Our group nights are usually booked well in advance.
